Cine

  1. Spy looks like it could potentially be one of the best comedies of not only this summer, but also of this year! The trailers for Spy have been so funny that I almost had a heart attack when watching from beginning to end. Spy looks hilarious and I’m hoping that the film will live up to the hype. Melissa McCarthy is playing the lead in this film, and she is a talented comedian and actress that will give this movie the best scenes in terms of laughter. Rose Byrne is playing a villain in this film, and she knows how to be funny from the past comedies she has been in (Neighbors & Bridesmaids for example), and I am a big fan of hers. Jude Law looks great in the film as well, but Jason Statham looks to be the stand-out of this whole film in general. Statham is an actor known for his action, but I have never seen him do a comedy before, and it seems that he will own the screen with his presence and make the audience laugh with his jokes that he will perform in the film. Paul Feig is directing Spy, and he has done incredible work on his past comedies, including The Heat and Bridesmaids. I’m really looking forward to his direction on the new Ghostbusters reboot (which also includes Melissa McCarthy), which is slated to be his next film after Spy. I’m hoping Spy will be the break-out comedy of the year, and hopefully it can make me laugh my butt off because this film looks hilarious! I’m hoping that I get to see this film in El Paso, TX! Thank you NotaUtil for this opportunity, and good luck to everyone that is also interested in seeing this film! Let’s hope Paul Feig knocks this out of the park!

  2. Spy seems to be exciting an a adventure of laughter and excitement all in one. The fact that it will keep me looking forward to what’s going to happen next makes me want to see this film.
